About Us

Our mission is to provide the small rural 911 systems a place to process their business worry free. We can help squads that have very little computer experience to those that handle all trips electronically from start to finish. Our goal is to allow small rural communities the ability to maintain their 911 systems through 100% collection of billable claims. We are aware that these volunteer rescue squads do not have time to do the administrative work necessary to provide a viable 911 system. We take that burden from them. We are their voice for customer service – professional, friendly – we are here to help with all customer and patient needs. Customized reports are provided for monthly accounting and reporting needs.
